Prima Química has spent over 13 years developing tailor-made chemical additives for the oil and gas industry, with formulations built primarily from vegetable oil bases. We create customized solutions for the specific challenges of drilling, completion, cementing, fracturing, and production, backed by hands-on technical support and our own in-house lab. The result: better performance, lower risk, and more efficient operations at every stage.

The company was founded by Guilherme Neves and Josi Neves, who lead Prima Química to this day.

Behind the scenes

Guilherme Neves built his career as a chemist in the oil & gas industry. In 2013, he founded Prima Química to put that expertise to work for his clients. Over the past 13 years, the company has earned the trust of leading multinational oilfield service companies — and is now extending that same partnership to Brazil's national operators.
