POLICY

Prima Química is committed to supplying chemical products with application in the economic activities of oil, gas, construction and toll manufacturing, promoting a valuable experience through its products, services and attendance, with a focus on fully meeting the needs of its customers, current legislation and requirements relevant to the organization, continuous improvement of the quality management system and increase in the competence of its professionals.

Prima Química LTDA's goal is the pursuit of excellence in everything it does. Protecting the health and safety of our employees and collaborators and taking care of our environment are essential tasks for Prima Química. Supported by the adherence to the following principles, we are convinced that:

PRINCIPLES

1. To be sensitive and responsive to the concerns of the public regarding our products and operations;

2. To develop and produce products that can be manufactured, transported, used and disposed of safely;

3. To make health, safety, quality and environmental considerations a priority in our planning for all existing and new products and processes;

4. To operate our facilities in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in order to protect and respect the environment, the health and safety of our employees and the public;

5. To provide appropriate advice to our customers and others regarding the safe handling, use and disposal of our products;

6. To support and promote research on the health, safety, and environmental effects of our products, processes and waste materials;

7. To cooperate with government in developing and adhering to responsible standards to safeguard the workplace, our communities and the environment;

8. To promote the conservation of energy and natural resources and the minimization and recycling of wastes;

9. To foster in each employee a personal sense of responsibility for safety in the workplace and the protection of natural resources and the environment;

10. To review on a continuing basis compliance by all Prima Química facilities and its employees with these Principles, internal standards and guidelines and applicable laws and regulations;

11. To identify and implement programs that assure that we adhere to these principles and strive for continuous improvement in their implementation;.
